What to expect
I alter wedding dresses and bridalwear in Hawkes Bay for local brides and beyond. If you’re wanting the perfect fit without compromising on design, you’re in the right place.
Once you enquire:
- I’ll review your details and wedding timeframe
- If we’re a good fit, I’ll invite you to book an initial consultation
- During your consultation, we will look at what needs altering on your dress, I will give you a quote and if you're happy to go ahead we will book in any future fittings
Your initial consultation is complimentary, allowing you the space to ask questions, and understand the process without pressure.
Investment
Most alterations sit within the range of $600-1200 NZD.
Every wedding dress is different, so the final investment depends on the level of detailing required which will be outlined at your initial consultation.
If you’re unsure, that’s completely fine—this is what your initial consultation is for.
Timeframe
I recommend beginning alterations approximately 12 weeks prior to your wedding date. To ensure availability and allow plenty of time for fittings, I also suggest booking your initial consultation at the time you purchase your gown.
Limited bookings are taken each season to ensure each bride receives dedicated alteration time.
